inventory management."

How to leverage, and take advantage of the record keeping obligation of the "Act"
and convert it into effective inventory management will be described. The role of
Lean Manufacturing techniques and their contribution to data quality and "confusion"
elimination will be explored and explained. Finally the role of Material
Requirements Planning (MRP) and when appropriate Kanban to achieving "WORLD-CLASS
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT" will be examined. Metrics to highlight the result of
disciplined inventory management will be reviewed and analyzed.
